2. Client Responsibilities:
As our client, you are responsible for: (a) providing accurate and complete financial information, (b) promptly updating any changes to your financial situation, (c) maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and (d) immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security concerns. The accuracy of our financial advice depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Confidentiality and Data Usage:
All financial information you provide, including but not limited to investment portfolios, retirement accounts, estate planning documents, insurance policies, tax returns, and personal identification information, is protected under our strict confidentiality protocols. This information is used exclusively for providing personalized financial advisory services, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary obligations.
4. Technology Infrastructure:
Our digital platform is built and maintained by Super Amplify LLC, our authorized technology provider. They implement enterprise-grade security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and continuous security monitoring. All data processing adheres to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements.
